AI Art : Photo Video Generator (“AI Art” or “the app”) is published by Ringtones LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who receives it (including the AI services that create your images), and the choices you have.
AI Art asks before it sends anything to an AI service. The first time you create an image, upscale one, start a video or upload photos for an avatar, the app shows what will be sent and to whom. Nothing is sent until you tap Agree. If you tap Not now, nothing is sent and the rest of the app keeps working.
| Feature | What is sent | Who receives it | What happens to it |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Images (text to image, styles, image to image) | Your text prompt and the style, model and size you choose. A photo from your library only if you add one to your prompt. | Our image server (aiart.appholdings.org, run by us), which passes the request to Runware (Runware Ltd, United Kingdom), the AI service that creates the image. | Runware creates the image and returns it to the app. Runware keeps generated images on its servers for 7 days and then deletes them. Runware states that it never uses data sent through its API to train or improve AI models. Our image server does not store your prompt or your photo. |
| Upscaling | A request to enlarge an image Runware created for you (that image’s ID and the scale you pick). | Our image server and Runware. | As above. |
| AI Video | Your text prompt. | Our server (aiart.appholdings.org, run by us), which passes the prompt to Runware (Runware Ltd, United Kingdom); Runware has the video made by ByteDance’s Seedance model. App versions before 3.92 send the request to our server through our Google Firebase project (Google LLC). | Our server keeps the prompt only while your video is being made. The app saves the prompt with your video’s entry in our Firebase database, under the app’s anonymous user ID, to show your video list. The finished video is stored on our servers (for versions before 3.92, in our Google Firebase project) under a random link, so you can watch it again, until you delete it in the app. Runware deletes what it generates after 7 days. |
| AI Avatar | The photos of your face that you select (at least 10), cropped and resized on your device. Up to 4 of them are sent. | Our server, which passes them to Runware to make your avatars. App versions before 3.92 first upload the photos to Google Firebase Storage (Google LLC) in our Firebase project. | Our server uses the photos only while your avatars are being made and then deletes them. Your avatars are stored on our servers under random links, so you can see them again. Photos uploaded by versions before 3.92 stay in our Firebase project until you ask us to delete them. |
To prevent abuse and to apply daily limits, our server also keeps a device identifier (an Apple App Attest key, or a random ID the app creates), your IP address and the number of images, videos and avatar packs created per day.
We do not use your prompts or photos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
The images you create and their prompts are saved on your device (My Arts) until you delete them or the app.
The app signs in anonymously with Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). This gives your install a random user ID, which the app uses for your credits, your video and avatar requests and push notifications. You don’t create an account and we don’t ask for your name or email address.
Apple processes all payments. The app receives the details of your App Store purchases (product, dates, price, country and transaction IDs) to unlock Pro features, and shares them with Qonversion (subscription management) and with our own analytics service. We never see your payment card details.
If you don’t have Pro, the app shows ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob receives device information, your IP address and how you interact with ads. The app asks for permission to track (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt) before ads start. Only if you allow it, AdMob and Qonversion may receive your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We share information only with the service providers named in this policy, so that they can run the features described here, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. ByteDance receives your video prompt only through Runware. The privacy policies of these providers also apply: Runware, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Qonversion and Cloudflare.
AI Art is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app’s AI features, contact us and we will delete the related information.
Our service providers may process information in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other countries. Information is sent over encrypted connections, and we limit access to it to what is needed to run the app.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
